Who we are

Damone Group is a full service refurbishment company based in North West London that was formed as a result of our own experiences with bad workmanship and the lack of professional understanding between clients and contractors.

Together Robert Alan and Dom Arnone have 35 years experience. Our main objective is to listen to our clients, and really understand what they want to achieve. and to fulfill their requirements to the highest standards.

Over the years, we have both worked with many clients both based in the UK and who reside overseas, and continue to do so. We understand clients expectations, our approach allows Damone Group to work with all our clients and offer a personal touch, and will work with you as a team to ensure that every aspect of your project is managed with the utmost of competency, and to the highest of standards. We pride ourselves to be able to ensure that all clients have regular meetings with us updates, to progress, timescales, and design.

Our team has been carefully hand picked not only for their workmanship, but their understanding of clients, we consider them an extension of our business and our reputation. We are fully insured and you can read our work terms and conditions.

How Does It Work

Initially you contact us.

We are available 7 days a week. Once we have had a brief chat with you to establish what your requirements are , we will then arrange a mutual time to visit you at your home. We love information and tear sheets, so gather from the internet and magazines the feel, colour palettes, and designs that you like.

At the meeting we will discuss this with you and help you to design the space. If you like it, we will create it. It’s not uncommon for clients to shy away from some design ideas and colours simply because they feel it may not work, designs are very specific to each client if you like it that’s all that matters. Don’t be shy to ask questions, the more questions the more knowledge we have to achieve your dream home.

To work well with any company you have to have a good relationship, and there needs to be trust you need to be comfortable and this is a priority for us at Damone Group.

Once we have gathered all the information we can establish what your working budget will be, we will then take the brief and establish costing for you and timescales, remember to carry out works beautifully it takes time, however if you have time constraints then we will endeavour to work within these parameters.

We will re attend at a mutually convenient time and date to present our design and talk to you about anything we feel could be carried out to enhance and showcase your home. At that point you will also be able to finalise and concerns, or talk to us about any changes you may want to introduce.

If you then want to proceed with Damone Group we will talk about timescales. We ask all our clients to sign an agreement, this protects you and us.

You will only be incontact with one of the two directors, and not any third parties, so any questions will be answered immediately, we will also meet with you regularly throughout the process to ensure that you are happy and that we are carrying out your design and works correctly.
