Damone Group was instructed by our client to carry out extensive works to this London home. In conjunction with a local architect, we worked to create a modern feel to this once 1970s property.

Firstly we looked at the space, outside and with limited planning schemes we transformed the look by rendering the outside, and installing insulation, replacing the entire roof with modern slate tiles in grey, supplied and fitted modern head height windows in anthracite, and installed a new contemporary front door.

We also worked with our electricians to install all new garden lighting, to include soffit lighting and perimeter lighting to planting. The client also wanted a design at the front to incorporate the buxus planting, so we designed a large eye to accommodate this together with under window soft planting areas.
